Professional services giant and tech service provider Cognizant has picked Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting, a main part of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) suite, to lead its shift towards an AI-based, super scalable talent acquisition system. With its presence in over 60 countries and managing a huge workforce of more than 350,000 employees, Cognizant needed a state-of-the-art, centralized recruiting system that would simplify complicated workflows, enhance overall hiring efficiency, and also support both standard and location-specific regulatory processes. Through this deployment, the company will exploit native AI features and automation to elevate the overarching candidate journey, while simultaneously utilizing the comprehensive Oracle AI Agent Studio to build, connect, and customize autonomous AI agents tailored strictly to its proprietary internal business operations.
