Cross Country Healthcare has launched a 36-month partnership to integrate the Optimé workforce strategy into its Intellify® platform. This will enhance AI-driven workforce optimization for health systems. The integration offers advanced forecasting, analytics, and staffing tools. These tools help healthcare organizations align workforce supply with patient demand. They boost operational efficiency and reduce labor costs. Optimé also improves Intellify’s predictive workforce management. It connects with major systems like Epic, Kronos, and Lawson. Cross Country said the partnership reflects growing demand from health systems for more intelligent workforce planning tools amid rising labor pressures and staffing complexity.
