G&A Partners has acquired Ethan Allen HR Services, based in New York. Ethan Allen is an IRS-Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO). This deal boosts G&A’s PEO and HR outsourcing in the Northeast, especially in the Hudson Valley. Founded in 1992, Ethan Allen has nearly 35 years of HR expertise. They have strong client relationships and offer services like payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance for small and mid-sized businesses. With this acquisition, Ethan Allen clients will access G&A’s national HR infrastructure and advanced technology. They will also benefit from an expanded portfolio, which includes Anthem group medical plans alongside Aetna and Cigna options.
