The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® (Guardian) has partnered with PrismHR to introduce two groundbreaking application programming interfaces (APIs) designed to modernize how professional employer organizations (PEOs) manage employee benefits. This collaboration makes Guardian the first benefits carrier to integrate an API through PrismHR’s platform. The new Policy API automates plan details and rates to streamline setup and minimize administrative errors, while the Worksite Employee Benefit API enables real-time data transfer for employee enrollments and eligibility updates reducing setup time from weeks to days.
