iHire has rolled out a new interview scheduling tool that enables employers and candidates to coordinate interview times directly through the platform, eliminating the back-and-forth typically involved in scheduling. By syncing their calendars-Outlook, Google, Windows 365, or Apple-with iHire’s applicant tracking system (ATS), hiring teams can propose windows of availability and invite candidates to select a slot. Once a time is confirmed, both parties receive calendar confirmations, and options to reschedule or cancel are managed within the platform.

This tool, available to users with a Job Slot subscription, accelerates time to hire, improves candidate engagement, reduces no-shows, and strengthens employer branding. According to iHire, the feature streamlines workflows by replacing email chains, texts, and calls with a unified scheduling experience, allowing recruiters to focus more on sourcing top talent and less on logistics.
