Integration Health has acquired Perfusion Life. This staffing network connects hospitals with credentialed perfusionists in the U.S. and Canada. This acquisition expands Integration Health’s perfusion platform. It also boosts the number of specialized clinicians for hospital partners. Now, the combined organization serves over 100 healthcare facilities across the country. Perfusion Life has developed a network of over 1,300 credentialed perfusionists and is widely recognized for providing dependable short-notice coverage for hospitals while offering flexibility and autonomy to clinicians. “Perfusion Life has built a large, trusted network and a model that gives hospitals reliable coverage when they need it,” said John Martin, CEO of Integration Health.

“Combining Perfusion Life’s network with our existing perfusion capabilities means hospital partners can access an even deeper bench of credentialed professionals, with more flexibility and more geographic reach than ever before.” The acquisition strengthens Integration Health’s portfolio of extracorporeal and clinical support services, including ECMO staffing, NRP services, ECMO program development, and training programs. The deal also follows the company’s earlier acquisition of ECMO Advantage in 2025, reinforcing its mission to expand access to life-saving clinical support services for hospitals and patients.
