Jersey Hired, a hyper-local job board and talent platform and the leading job board in New Jersey, has obtained a strategic investment of $250,000 to fuel innovation in regional recruitment technology. A subsidiary of Local Talent Group, Jersey Hired has managed to stand out from other job boards by focusing on community-driven hiring and regional insight, thus helping to connect local businesses with local talent in New Jersey. The new funding will be used to enhance Jersey Hired’s AI-powered matching algorithms, improve user experience for mobile-first job seekers, and expand outreach to underserved employment sectors throughout the Garden State.
