The people enablement platform Leapsome is introducing “Six Months to Agentic HR,” an engagement program that seeks to support scaling organizations in moving towards agentic HR architecture. With the inaugural cohort slated for release in January 2027, this six-month accelerator supports HR teams to become champions of AI adoption in their corporations by utilizing AI agents to automate key processes, simplify talent management, and provide real-time insights while retaining human approval on key talent decisions. The Six Months to Agentic HR program offers participants a series of learning sessions led by experts, a network of peers among HR executives, implementation of three custom AI applications within six months, and quick migration of HRIS data into two weeks. Leveraging the talent graph that covers the whole process from hiring to performance, compensation, and payroll, the platform allows HR executives to create complex workflows and compensation analysis through natural language prompts.

Contextualizing the underlying strategy of shifting HR from administrative tasks to strategic impact, Kajetan Armansperg, co-founder and co-CEO of Leapsome, stated: “We rebuilt Leapsome’s core so HR teams can lead the AI transformation and build strong organizations instead of administering tedious tasks. AI agents execute core people ops, with human sign-off where it matters. Our in-depth talent graph – covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruiting over onboarding to performance and payroll – provides crucial context for agents, allowing them to free up precious time for HR teams.” Overall, the initiative provides enterprise organizations with an operational framework to save up to 40% in administrative overhead while positioning human capital teams to drive higher talent density and AI fluency across their workforces.
