Share

Nayya has announced a new partnership with Nextep, a nationally recognized PEO, to modernize how employers deliver and employees utilize workplace benefits. Slated to launch in 2026, the partnership will grant Nextep clients access to Nayya’s data-driven platform, which offers tailored recommendations that help employees better understand, select, and leverage their benefits-from health to retirement-all in support of financial and personal wellbeing. The partnership aims to make one of HR’s most complex administrative burdens easier to tackle, freeing time that is usually spent on education and support during enrollment cycles while increasing the overall value of employers’ investments in benefits.
