Prodoscore, a leading provider of employee productivity and data intelligence software, has launched the Prodoscore MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. This new offering bridges a persistent enterprise data gap by allowing corporate AI assistants to analyze real-time workforce intelligence alongside isolated CRM, financial, and operational datasets.
Based on the open-source Model Context Protocol standard, which has been developed and advocated by leading AI vendors like Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Microsoft, the connector converts workforce analytics into an active layer of infrastructure, rather than a stand-alone dashboard. In effect, after its implementation, top-tier enterprise AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot will be able to use Prodoscore’s behavioral productivity metrics natively.

This solution tackles multi-faceted corporate processes by allowing business leaders to make unified requests for data: sales leaders will be able to quickly locate those reps with low daily activity levels and compare them with the current value of their pipelines; HR leaders will be able to detect decreasing employee engagement along with pending job requisitions; and finance teams will be able to pinpoint unused and costly software licenses. Operating under a read-only architecture, the integration enforces pre-existing enterprise role-based permissions automatically and guarantees that customer productivity data is shielded from public model-training loops.
Highlighting the importance of unifying behavioral metrics within a broader technology stack, Sam Naficy, CEO of Prodoscore, stated: “Organizations aren’t lacking data – they’re lacking a way to connect it all together to see the full picture of a company and its workforce. With the MCP Connector, one question to an AI assistant returns an answer that spans a company’s entire tech stack. That’s how true business intelligence should work, and Prodoscore is the first workforce analytics provider to introduce an MCP server. Companies simply cannot have an educated AI transformation without Prodoscore’s MCP, as it provides data, facts and granularity in a visible, engaging and thoughtful way.”
