Staffbase has announced a certified integration with ServiceNow, aimed at unifying digital workflows with internal communications to enhance the employee experience across entire organizations, especially for frontline and non-desk workers. As a Build Partner, Staffbase now embeds ServiceNow widgets and search functionality within its mobile-first platform, making critical workflows more accessible, intuitive, and actionable. This collaboration addresses the common disconnect between IT-driven systems and workforce-wide adoption, driving faster task resolution, higher ServiceNow usage, and increased ROI on digital investments.
