Thoma Bravo Finalizes $12.3B Acquisition of Dayforce

Thoma Bravo has finalized its acquisition of Dayforce, Inc. worth approximately US$12.3 billion, marking the transition of the worldwide leader in human capital management into a privately held company ready for rapid growth and innovation. The acquisition was announced in August 2025 and was approved by shareholders in November, offering Dayforce stockholders US$70.00 per share in cash and leading to the delisting of the company from the New York and Toronto stock exchanges. As a private organization, Dayforce will focus on expanding customer value, scaling operations, and strengthening its leadership in AI-powered HCM.
