DHI Group, Inc. has acquired Point Solutions Group, a professional services firm specializing in engineering, technology, and government staffing, in a move designed to strengthen the capabilities of its ClearanceJobs platform. The transaction marks a strategic step forward in DHI’s ambition to deliver a comprehensive recruitment solution for government contracting and defense employers.
Based in Colorado, DHI said the acquisition enhances ClearanceJobs’ ability to serve organizations operating in aerospace, cybersecurity, and other U.S. defense sectors. Point Solutions Group brings with it a Top Secret facility clearance and a proven track record of supporting federal contracts, including engagements with the United States Department of Defense and the intelligence community.

Through the deal, ClearanceJobs gains the capacity to directly compete for federal contracts, tackle highly specialized and hard-to-fill cleared positions with dedicated staffing services, and broaden its revenue model beyond traditional job postings and subscription offerings. The move positions the platform to participate more actively in the full lifecycle of government talent acquisition.
Alex Schildt, President of ClearanceJobs, called the acquisition a natural step in the company’s growth plan. He noted that clients will still receive the same high level of service and gain new benefits.
