Harver Introduces AI PREVAIL™ to Measure Workforce Readiness for the AI Era

Share

Harver has launched AI PREVAIL™, a new assessment module designed to evaluate how prepared candidates and employees are to work effectively with artificial intelligence. Positioned as the first solution of its kind, the tool aims to help organizations identify AI-ready talent and assess workforce adaptability as AI becomes central to business operations.

This launch takes place against the backdrop of a fast-moving change in the workforce, wherein AI literacy becomes more important than ever before. Although today, almost all companies incorporate the consideration of AI literacy while recruiting, very few of them have proper ways to assess their employees’ AI literacy levels.

“We are living through the most transformational moment in history for CHROs and the people function. Every organization has access to the same AI technology — that is not the differentiator. The companies that identify, hire, and develop AI-ready talent in the next few years will be the leaders of the next decade. The opportunity for those adopters to win is extraordinary.” — Sean Barry

Created by industrial-organizational psychologists and data scientists, AI PREVAIL measures four major aspects: decision making with AI on a practical level, proficient use of AI tools in workplace settings, readiness to face the challenge of changing technologies, and skill in merging human choice with AI-generated insights.

Ben Porr says the module is more than just a theoretical framework, it measures hands-on performance, giving companies a more holistic perspective of AI preparedness not only in technical matters but also behavioral ones.

The program corresponds to international AI literacy standards from the likes of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and World Economic Forum, thus it is in tune with changing workforce requisites.

Either as a separate item or as a part of the current HR systems, AI PREVAIL provides a facility to a company to integrate AI preparedness in its recruitment and talent growth policies. As the process of digital transformation is getting faster, such means as this one are likely to be instrumental in determining the competitiveness of the future workforce.
