The rollout comes as job seekers and employers alike continue to face significant challenges. A recent survey revealed that more than half (53%) of workers feel stuck in their careers, while 79% want better insights into jobs that match their skills. Early trials indicate job seekers using Career Scout apply to relevant roles seven times faster and are 38% more likely to be hired.
Talent Scout: Smarter Candidate Sourcing
Talent Scout acts as an AI recruiter for employers, combining market intelligence with direct candidate engagement. It integrates with applicant tracking systems including Workable, Workday, and isolved, scanning millions of profiles to surface top matches and draft personalized outreach. Employers such as BrightSpring Health Services report stronger sourcing strategies and higher-quality candidates through the tool.
Premium Sponsored Jobs: Precision Hiring
The Premium Sponsored Jobs solution merges advertising, branding, and sourcing to help employers attract candidates with greater accuracy. By targeting specific skills and certifications, and leveraging AI to facilitate outreach, the platform delivers measurable improvements 3x more applicants and 58% faster hires compared to free postings.
Indeed Connect: A Unified Hiring Ecosystem
Indeed Connect, a new subscription model, bundles exclusive access to AI innovations with marketplace and branding benefits. Features include Advanced Screening, which scores candidates against employer criteria using conversational AI, and Advanced Sourcing, which applies natural language to define and attract ideal candidates. Employers using multiple Indeed solutions together report a 75% reduction in time-to-hire.
