JobGet has acquired RippleMatch, strengthening its position in the AI-powered recruitment market and broadening its reach into early-career hiring. The deal marks JobGet’s sixth acquisition as the company continues its strategy of consolidating fragmented hiring technologies into a unified platform.
The acquisition combines JobGet’s network of more than 100 million candidates with RippleMatch’s specialized platform focused on students and emerging professionals. RippleMatch brings AI-based candidate matching, automated screening, interview scheduling, and virtual campus recruiting capabilities that complement JobGet’s existing hiring infrastructure for hourly and frontline workers.
The shift is happening as companies are struggling more and more to spot the right candidates even though they get a lot of job applications. Meanwhile, job seekers, Mostly freshers, are trying to find their way in the labor market that is being changed, On one side, by AI and, Then again, by new hiring methods.
