KarmaCheck has expanded its integration with Bullhorn. This helps staffing firms automate credentialing, boost compliance visibility, and streamline candidate onboarding. The update adds smart credential ordering, expiration alerts, and AI-driven document processing within the KarmaCheck tab on Bullhorn. Staffing teams now receive suggested screening packages. These are based on role, client, and state needs. It also flags credentials set to expire in 45 days. This solution automates credential tracking and compliance checks. So, it reduces manual work, speeds up onboarding, and improves audit readiness.

KarmaCheck’s Document Processing Agent further strengthens the platform by reading credential documents, extracting relevant data, and updating Bullhorn’s credential module without manual input. “Staffing teams need more than a basic ATS connection,” said Erin McCarthy, Sr. Director of Product at KarmaCheck. “They need an integration that understands the placement, knows what is required, explains what needs to happen next, and catches issues before they slow down a start date.
