Metaview, an agentic recruiting platform trusted by more than 5,000 organizations, announced the strategic acquisition of AI-native recruiting firm Reval. As part of the transaction, Reval co-founders Seth Tilliss and Aditya Gupta will join Metaview’s core engineering leadership to accelerate the engineering lifecycle and commercial expansion of fillmore Metaview’s autonomous AI coworker engineered to own top-of-funnel recruiting operations.
While conventional AI tools focus primarily on passive assistance such as automated meeting notes or basic email drafting fillmore executes end-to-end talent acquisition workflows. The autonomous agent independently sources passive candidates, executes personalized multi-channel outreach, manages follow-ups, and schedules qualified screening calls with minimal human intervention.
Since its preliminary announcement in June 2026, fillmore has accumulated a waitlist of more than 2,000 hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders, making it one of the fastest-growing platform rollouts in Metaview’s history. The integration of Reval’s specialized engineering talent equips Metaview to scale platform infrastructure to meet this surging enterprise demand.

“We’re at the point where AI is moving beyond helping people do their jobs faster to owning entire workflows, and recruiting is one of the domains we believe that shift can genuinely work,” said Shahriar Tajbakhsh, co-founder and CTO of Metaview. “This acquisition is about bringing exceptional builders onto the team. Seth and Aditya are exceptional operators who have spent years exploring the same problem from a different angle. They strengthen our conviction in where fillmore is headed, and they’ll help us get there much faster.”
Unifying Software Scale with Service-Side Intelligence
Established in 2023, Reval pioneered autonomous recruitment from a service-first operational model. Rather than providing standalone software tools for internal recruiters, Reval operated as an AI-native agency where autonomous systems sourced, screened, and delivered qualified talent directly to clients.
Having partnered with over 100 enterprise organizations and talent agencies—including FabFitFun, Enver Studio, and LangChain Reval demonstrated that autonomous sourcing significantly compresses time-to-hire metrics while drastically reducing placement costs compared to traditional search firms.
“We chose to join Metaview to take our thesis to thousands of organizations and reinvent recruiting at scale,” said Seth Tilliss, co-founder and CEO of Reval. “Metaview already works with more than 5,000 companies, and thousands of teams are waiting for fillmore. Just as importantly, we get to build alongside an incredibly smart team that shares the same view of where recruiting is headed.”
Redefining the Enterprise Talent Acquisition Pipeline
The acquisition reinforces a broader industry shift toward agentic AI frameworks that execute complex operational workflows rather than simply augmenting individual tasks. By combining Reval’s hands-on domain expertise in autonomous candidate delivery with Metaview’s extensive enterprise distribution network, the combined platform provides organizations with a scalable solution to automate routine talent acquisition tasks and lower cost-per-hire.
