Pebl Launches Specialized AI Agents to Accelerate and Simplify Global Hiring

Share

Pebl, an AI-first global employment platform and employer of record (EOR) provider, has launched a big upgrade to its AI infrastructure. This includes new specialized AI agents and much faster onboarding for international hires. These updates help HR and People Operations teams manage global employment more quickly and efficiently. Onboarding times can be reduced by up to 75%.

As companies expand across borders, managing the workforce gets more complex. Many rely on scattered tools and manual processes. Pebl’s new features aim to simplify this. They provide a more automated, insight-driven way to hire and manage international teams. The announcement aligns with growing demand for global talent: Pebl’s 2025 Global Hiring Report shows that 86% of business leaders plan to hire internationally within the next two years.

“Global employment should be strategic and insight-driven from the moment a company decides to hire internationally,” said Francoise Brougher, CEO of Pebl. “Pebl’s new AI agents bring that vision to life, turning hiring, payroll, and support into a seamless experience that helps teams operate strategically and with confidence across borders.”

At the center of the update is the evolution of Alfie, Pebl’s AI assistant, into two purpose-built agents that act as the intelligence layer across the platform. Alfie Reporting enables HR leaders to ask natural-language questions and instantly generate reports powered by real-time payroll and employment data. Alfie Support, backed by an expanded global employment knowledge base, now resolves significantly more inquiries in real time, while automatically routing complex issues to the appropriate specialists.

Pebl has reimagined onboarding. Companies can now move from offer to start date in just days, not weeks. Automated workflows, in-context guidance, and conversational support simplify contracts. This ensures compliance with local regulations and gives teams full visibility into progress without needing support tickets.

To improve decision-making, Pebl now provides live, role-specific global salary benchmarks. These come with guidance on local norms and compliance. Together, these changes mark a shift to a smarter model of global workforce management. Organizations can now scale internationally with speed, clarity, and confidence.
