uRecruits has launched uR Talent CRM, a new platform module designed to unify candidate sourcing and applicant tracking within a single continuous record. The company says the release addresses a longstanding issue in recruiting technology, where candidate relationship management systems and applicant tracking systems often operate separately, leading to fragmented data and inefficient workflows.
The Chicago-based recruitment software provider explained that uR Talent CRM allows recruiters to source, nurture, and re-engage candidates without duplicating information or transferring records between systems. The platform is now available to all customers starting at $39 per month and expands uRecruits’ growing suite of AI-powered hiring tools, which already includes AI pre-screening and interview scheduling capabilities introduced earlier this year.
According to the company, many high-quality candidates are identified long before they formally apply for a role. Traditional recruiting platforms often fail to preserve that relationship history once a candidate enters the hiring process. uR Talent CRM is designed to bridge that gap by maintaining a unified profile from the initial outreach through to the final offer stage.

The platform introduces several new capabilities, including multiple methods for importing candidates into a centralized talent pool. Recruiters can add candidates manually, upload CSV files, migrate records through API integrations, or use AI-powered resume parsing that extracts more than 30 data points from uploaded resumes.
Moreover, uRecruits has added new talent sourcing and pipeline management features to its recruitment solution, enabling recruiters to segment candidates based on the degree of their engagement and move them through customizable stages of the workflow. If the candidate is ready for application, recruiters have the option to instantly move him/her to the pipeline without losing the history of the entire sourcing process.
With uRecruits, recruiters will get the opportunity to perform all recruitment-related processes such as job posting distribution, skills assessment, automatic screening, interviews scheduling, managing offers, and analysis tracking.
To coordinate this entire workflow, uRecruits uses its AI orchestration layer called uR Agent™. At the moment, uR Agent™ has launched five separate AI agents responsible for managing jobs, workflows, assessing candidates, scheduling interviews, and screening applicants.
