Veritone Introduces Job Acceleration to Help Recruiters Fill Critical Roles Faster

Veritone introduced Job Acceleration, a new feature of its Broadbean by Veritone programmatic recruiting advertising platform, that allows hiring teams to rapidly promote hard-to-fill, time-critical positions. This capability makes it easy for recruiters to aggressively promote important jobs for a limited period of time, offering a low impact way to super charge jobs without affecting broader recruiting initiatives.

With fast-paced hiring requirements, companies can sometimes be under pressure to fill key positions quickly, and the new feature aims to free recruiting teams from this constraint.

Veritone explained, Programmatic recruitment advertising is present for the bulk of every company attempts at running concurrent multiple hiring campaigns. Some roles may require additional promotion due to business criticality, lack of applicants, time sensitivity, etc.. Job Acceleration allows recruiters to direct additional resources toward those positions while maintaining ongoing campaign operations.

The feature is integrated directly into the Broadbean dashboard, enabling users to choose a job posting, set a budget and campaign duration, and activate an accelerated hiring push within minutes. Recruiters can also track campaign performance through built-in analytics that monitor applicant activity, clicks, spending, and conversion rates.

Early adopters are already reporting positive results. SOS Group described the feature as a more agile way to handle fluctuating hiring requirements. “This has been an absolute game changer for us because we have so many times needed to be reactive,” said Megan Gebbie, Director of Talent Acquisition at SOS Group. “This is how we can do that.”

Job Acceleration is now available to Broadbean users with Advanced Editor permissions and operates under a pay-for-performance pricing model, allowing organizations to scale hiring support as needed.
