zvoove Acquires Digitalization Solutions for Temporary Staffing Service Providers from tutum

Share

zvoove, the market leading software provider for the temporary staffing, private security, and cleaning industries, has acquired tutum’s digital personnel file product segment for temporary staffing agencies. These proven solutions for digital, audit-compliant document management, workflow, and document recognition in the temporary staffing industry will now be continued under the new name zvoove DMS+ as a premium product. With zvoove DMS+, zvoove is significantly strengthening its portfolio in digital document management and reinforcing its role as a comprehensive digitalization partner for the industry.

“With this additional product line, we are expanding our offering to temporary staffing agencies with another legally compliant solution already in use by leading small and large digitalized companies. zvoove DMS+ ideally complements our portfolio, and we are excited to offer our customers an even stronger overall package—helping them eliminate paperwork and minimize administrative tasks,” says Markus Budde, COO of zvoove DACH.

This acquisition marks another milestone in zvoove’s consistent expansion of its leading platform strategy. By integrating these solutions and onboarding key employees from tutum, zvoove not only gains a market-leading product but also deep technical expertise in a critical area for temporary staffing agencies—an area that is becoming increasingly central in the industry’s digitalization strategy. The existing close cooperation between the two companies and established interfaces have laid the foundation for a seamless integration of the product into the zvoove ecosystem.

Florian Körber, founder and CEO of tutum, on the acquisition:
“Handing over this product segment to zvoove is a logical step for our customers: the solution was already closely integrated with the zvoove platform—and now, under the umbrella of a strong company, it will be further developed into the industry standard. I’m pleased that zvoove recognizes the value of this product segment and is continuing it as a premium offering—without disruption for customers and with familiar contacts.”

With full integration into the zvoove platform, zvoove’s value proposition will be fulfilled even more comprehensively: more efficient administrative processes, consistent data flows, and centralized access to all personnel-related information.
