In this role, she will oversee all global legal and compliance functions, including human resources, contracts, strategic planning, data privacy, intellectual property, and the development of a comprehensive compliance program aligned with all applicable global regulations.
Danielle brings over 15 years of experience in corporate law and legal operations, including overseeing legal and compliance functions for clinical and pre-clinical studies, managing SEC filings and corporate governance, negotiating contracts, and serving as a Data Privacy Officer for global clinical trials.

She earned her J.D. from NYU School of Law, a B.A. in Pre-Law Studies from Pace University, and a B.A. in Management from Towson University.
