Counslr and Hacking HR Join Forces to Provide 24/7 Mental Health Support

Share

Hacking HR has announced a new partnership with digital mental health platform Counslr to provide U.S.-based premium members with unlimited, on-demand access to mental health support. This initiative marks a significant step in equipping HR professionals with the wellness tools they need to better manage their personal well-being and build healthier workplaces.

As HR teams continue to shoulder growing responsibilities in transforming work culture and supporting employee engagement, their own mental health often takes a back seat. Recognizing this challenge, Hacking HR has joined forces with Counslr to offer round-the-clock, text-based access to licensed mental health professionals through an intuitive digital platform.

“This collaboration helps us reinforce our mission to empower HR professionals to thrive—personally and professionally,” said Laurie Baggarly and Danielle LaPage, Chief Operating and Chief Learning Officers at Hacking HR. “Our members are shaping the future of work, and ensuring their mental wellbeing is key to creating better organizations and, ultimately, a better world.”

Counslr’s app-based service offers confidential support in real time, with users able to connect instantly or schedule sessions based on their convenience. The platform has proven especially effective outside of typical business hours, with the majority of usage occurring between 7 PM and 5 AM—filling a critical gap in support availability.

“HR leaders are often the first line of support for others but rarely receive the same care themselves,” noted Josh Liss, CEO of Counslr. “By extending our solution to the HR professionals shaping workplace experiences, we’re helping to establish a more human-centered standard for corporate wellbeing.”

This partnership not only provides Hacking HR’s U.S. premium members with immediate access to wellness support, but also highlights a growing recognition that resilient HR leaders are vital to building thriving organizations.
