Workshop has introduced a major upgrade to its internal communications platform with the launch of AI-generated emails powered by “Cici,” an AI agent designed specifically for internal communications teams. The new feature lets communicators create fully designed, on-brand emails. This includes layouts, copy, images, and formatting—all from one prompt. It greatly cuts down the manual work usually needed for employee communications. Along with the AI feature, Workshop has launched a new collaborative editor. This editor provides real-time teamwork, AI writing help, brand defaults, version history, and support for multiple languages.

The company says this update meets the rising need for automation in communication teams. Research shows that 68% of professionals want to automate repetitive tasks. Nearly half use AI tools every day. Workshop’s “agentic AI” goes beyond standard AI writing tools. It provides a full workflow solution, not just content drafting. It builds full communications outputs from start to finish.
