The Groove Global LLC is broadening its suite of Workday Marketplace applications through the Built on Workday partner program, reinforcing its focus on helping enterprises simplify operations, improve governance, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives. These applications, as part of the expanding portfolio by the company, were created to solve operational issues, compliance concerns, and integration requirements in harmony with the emerging Workday ecosystem.
The Groove, based out of McLean, Virginia, has been focusing on developing applications that help reduce complexity in dealing with complex implementations of Workday solutions. These new offerings demonstrate increasing demands for workflow automation, audit controls, and increased integration speed within an enterprise environment.
The Change Control Manager application stands out among these new offerings and facilitates the management of Workday configurations through standardized approval workflows. Another addition, Orchestration Listener, modernizes inbound integrations by enabling organizations to use Workday Orchestration for near real-time REST-based connectivity, helping replace older listener-driven architectures.

The company’s portfolio also includes FlexFlow, a framework that allows businesses to build self-service workflows, approvals, and surveys directly within Workday. Additional tools target specialized compliance and operational requirements, such as T2200 Express for managing Canadian CRA T2200 compliance and GSA RateSync, which automates updates to government travel per diem rates within Workday systems.
The Groove said it is also developing new innovations focused on payroll automation and modern integration capabilities, signaling its ongoing commitment to extending Workday functionality in targeted business areas.
“Our approach to innovation starts with understanding our Clients business and objectives and we align Workday to those needs,” said Manish Patel, Chief Strategy Officer at The Groove. “Each application is built to solve a specific Client challenge while aiming to strengthen governance, reduce risk, and help teams get more value from the Workday platform.”
With more companies opting for enterprise-scale solutions that require little customization, potential partners like The Groove are in a position to offer application solutions that can be easily integrated within existing Workday environments. This expansion also illustrates the role played by ecosystem-based innovation, particularly in terms of enabling efficient operations, compliance, and faster value delivery through cloud-based platforms.
