Per the agreement, the acquired entity will maintain its regional operations under the well-known brand “Randolph Associates, a Connexion Company” which marks the 40-year community-based legacy of relationship-driven recruiting combined with Connexion’s strong national infrastructure. This move greatly increases Randolph’s potential, Mostly by giving access to a wider platform for placing candidates with security clearances into growth areas of defense technology, aerospace, and government contracting. The transition integrates Randolph’s expertise in engineering, information technology, and communications with Connexion’s multi-disciplinary reach across nine core practice areas, scaling up the talent pipeline while preserving a high-touch service delivery model that opposes purely transactional recruitment.
