This solution for enterprises fuses the change management strategies of EY, based on data and analysis, with the high-tech communication, smart search, and sentiment analytics features of Simpplr to maximize employee engagement and facilitate quicker adoption during large company changes. By examining employee feedback and actions in real-time, the tool changes the mood of the workforce into useful business data, enabling the management to send properly targeted messages and lessen human resistance in complicated changes. The system also acts as the working level for EY.ai Value Blueprints, creating the human-AI collaboration structures and pushing forward internal training programs.
