Intapp Appoints Lyra Schramm as Chief People and Places Officer

Intapp has appointed Lyra Schramm as its new Chief People and Places Officer, reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its governed AI platform for professional firms operating in highly regulated industries. In her new role, Schramm will oversee Intapp’s global people strategy, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent to support the company’s next phase of innovation and growth.

The appointment comes as Intapp continues scaling its AI-driven solutions for sectors such as legal, accounting, consulting, and financial services, where specialized expertise and strong leadership are critical to delivering advanced technology solutions.

Schramm brings extensive experience in human capital strategy, having worked closely with founders, executive teams, and boards to help technology companies navigate periods of rapid growth, organizational transformation, and market change. Her expertise includes designing talent strategies, building leadership teams, and creating operating models that support innovation-focused organizations.

Before joining Intapp, Schramm served as Chief People Officer at F5. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at Google, the Gates Foundation, and Amazon, where she gained experience leading people initiatives across global organizations.
