Through this partnership, Guild will use its proprietary Guild Navigator solution to offer Amazon’s hourly workers many learning options, guiding employees through training sessions and helping them switch directly to Reliability Maintenance and Engineering (RME) technician positions. The complete solution covers everything from training, certifying employees through different levels to the hands-on learning and the real-time progress tracking required to excel at a very sophisticated technical position.
