Leadership development firm LifeLabs Learning has launched its new AI Transformation Program, a live, facilitator-led initiative designed to equip managers as catalysts for meaningful AI adoption across enterprise teams. Debuted during the company’s first annual LeaderLab Conference, the program directly addresses the disconnect between access to AI tools and actual productivity gains by focusing on critical manager behaviors that drive effective usage and prevent “workslop” polished-looking, AI-generated work that ultimately creates confusion, extra checking, or downstream rework. Available starting October 5, 2026, the curriculum consists of three core workshops Applying AI Discernment, Managing People in AI-Enabled Work, and Leading AI Adoption alongside a practical, learner-driven Skills Lab to help managers role-model new behaviors and realign everyday team workflows.

Emphasizing the essential role of managers in bridging technical training with organizational execution, LifeLabs Learning CEO Priscila Bala noted: “We’re hearing from clients who have invested in AI tools and technical training, then realized the bigger challenge is meaningful adoption. Managers are central to making that happen. The leadership skills in this program help managers role model new ways of working, rethink workflows, and guide the behavior change required to turn AI investments into business results. That’s what helps organizations get more value from the technology and training they’ve already put in place.” Overall, the program provides enterprises with a science-backed framework to convert AI investments into tangible business performance while maintaining human oversight, critical judgment, and high output quality across operations.
