Metaview Raises $60M Series C to Accelerate Agentic Recruiting

Share

Metaview, the agentic recruiting platform, has announced closing its Series C financing round of $60 million led by Insight Partners, with entries from GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, and Seedcamp, which takes its total capital raise to $110 million. The funds will further Metaview’s move toward full agentic recruiting, broadening its suite of autonomous AI agents to continually carry out autonomous administrative workflows for talent acquisition, from growing candidate numbers in sourcing, to applied screening, pre-structured interviews, and interview note syntheses. Metaview’s use of agents to perform all such autonomous, repetitive tasks ensures recruiting teams have access to unparalleled candidate flow without abandoning humans in the final hiring decisions. Contextualizing the industry shift toward autonomous orchestration, Siadhal Magos, CEO and Co-Founder of Metaview, stated: “The best engineering teams have already moved from writing code by hand to orchestrating AI agents that do the work. Recruiting is next. We’re rebuilding hiring with AI at the core to make it radically more efficient and precise, while creating a better system for everyone involved.”

Expressing investor confidence in the platform’s enterprise trajectory, Ryan Hinkle, Managing Director at Insight Partners, added: “The recruiting process is generating more candidate volume than most organizations know how to handle. Metaview has built a platform that brings more structure and intelligence across each stage of hiring, from sourcing and screening through to the final decision. The result is better hiring decisions at scale, without losing the judgment that good hiring requires. We are excited to partner with Siadhal, Shahriar and the team for the next phase of growth.” Trusted by over 7,000 organizations, including Deel, Affirm, Navan, and Replit—Metaview plans to use the new funding to take its AI recruiter agent ‘fillmore’ to general availability, launch specialized screening agents, expand its technical talent, and open a new office in New York.
