Stratus HR, a human resources outsourcing firm, has entered into a strategic partnership with iQmetrix, which provides telecom commerce software solutions, in order to enhance work force management and payroll services for wireless retail stores across the United States.
In its role as Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Stratus HR will provide end-to-end outsourced human resources infrastructure for wireless retail businesses using the iQmetrix platform. This solution combines payroll, benefits management, compliance management and live HR support through a single retail point-of-sale (POS) system.
Eliminating Friction in the Employee Lifecycle
The custom-built technical integration fills the void between in-store retail management and HR back office processes by integrating the entire employee lifecycle into the iQmetrix POS ecosystem. All organizational changes such as onboarding of new employees, termination of employment, re-hiring, job change and security roles change will be automatically updated across all systems.

Concurrently, employee working hours and commission data flow natively from the retailer’s iQmetrix platform into Stratus HR’s payroll processing engine. This real-time data synchronization eliminates manual double entry, mitigates payroll inaccuracies, accelerates store-floor readiness for new staff, and grants retail owners enterprise-grade employee benefit packages alongside dedicated human resources support.
