The collaboration is designed to position financial wellness as a central component of employee benefits for organizations using Workday’s AI-driven HR solutions.
Workday Wellness leverages AI to help employers better understand which benefits employees value and adopt, enabling them to optimize offerings and streamline the rollout of new programs. Through this partnership, Workday customers will be able to seamlessly provide access to Chime Workplace within their existing HR systems.
Chime Workplace delivers a comprehensive set of financial tools covering money management, savings, credit building, and more. Employers using the platform will gain real-time insights through the Chime Workplace dashboard, empowering them to improve workforce financial health while enhancing employee engagement.
