ClickUp Acquires Qatalog to Advance AI-Powered Workplace Convergence

ClickUp, the world’s first Converged AI Workspace, has announced its acquisition of Qatalog, an AI-powered work hub known for its enterprise search and AI agent technology, in a move that significantly accelerates ClickUp’s AI transformation strategy. Qatalog, which raised $26 million from investors and counts Nvidia, Twitter, and Airbnb among its customers, brings advanced no-index, permission-aware AI search and knowledge management capabilities to ClickUp’s unified platform. The integration will allow ClickUp users to surface data from over 100 enterprise apps, automate workflows with complete business context, and access real-time insights across chats, documents, and projects—all while maintaining strict data security.

With more than 20 million users and $300 million in ARR, ClickUp is now poised to lead the convergence of enterprise software and AI-driven work management.
