Sopra Steria has completed the acquisition of Neocase, a strategic move to further consolidate its position within the HR technology sector through the reinforcement of its Sopra HR division. The acquisition of Neocase directly contributes to Sopra HR’s mission of turning itself into a comprehensive provider of innovative HR solutions by developing its expertise in ERM, BPA, collaborative case management, and employee document management.

This positions Sopra Steria to provide a fully integrated, end-to-end HR services portfolio to elevate HR service delivery and overall employee experience. Neocase, a company that recorded approximately €16 million in revenue for 2024, is henceforth consolidated in the accounts of the Group with effect from 1 December 2025. With this transaction, Sopra Steria seeks to reinforce its competitive advantage and extend its capacity to respond to changing workforce and operational challenges within global enterprises.
