SurveyMonkey has announced new human resource information system (HRIS) integrations, built with Merge, to help HR teams connect employee feedback with workforce data. BambooHR along with other integrations synchronizes the data of employees with SurveyMonkey on a daily basis, making it easy for companies to understand the trends and detect any signs of employee churn without the hassle of manual integration. The features allow the HR departments to keep an eye on the surveys’ target audience and detect the teams that might need more help. By using existing workforce information, organizations can also shorten surveys, reduce repetitive questions, and potentially improve completion rates. The launch expands SurveyMonkey’s ecosystem of more than 200 integrations, supporting data-driven workforce management and employee experience initiatives.

“HR teams shouldn’t wait until someone leaves to understand what wasn’t working,” said Becky Cantieri, chief people officer at SurveyMonkey. “Automatically connecting workforce data with employee feedback gives HR teams a current view of what’s happening across the organization, so they can see where engagement is slipping, challenges exist, or which teams might need more support. These insights give leaders a chance to step in before good people decide to leave.” The integrations also support consistent employee data across countries, regions, and cost centers, helping organizations scale recurring employee listening programs. Available at no additional cost with eligible plans, all HRIS integrations are included for SurveyMonkey Enterprise customers, while the BambooHR integration is also available with Team Premier.
