Accio Data Launches Oracle Recruiting Cloud Integration for Enterprise Customers

Share

Accio Data, a leading platform for background-screening technology, has announced the completion of its integration with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), now available to all enterprise customers. The new connectivity aims to accelerate hiring processes, enhance data accuracy, and enable seamless information exchange between ORC and Accio-powered consumer reporting agencies (CRAs).

The integration allows enterprise employers to initiate background checks directly from Oracle Recruiting Cloud, receive real-time status updates, and leverage Accio’s automated screening workflows to streamline hiring decisions. Notably, CRAs using the integration do not need a separate ORC partnership agreement, simplifying onboarding and reducing costs for employers already using the platform.

“This integration has been one of the most frequently requested features from our enterprise clients,” said Cody Reeves, CEO of Accio Data. “We’re thrilled to bring Oracle Recruiting Cloud connectivity to our CRA customers and help them more easily serve employers who depend on ORC every day. This is another major step forward in our commitment to supporting enterprise-level hiring at scale.”

Built using Accio’s latest open API architecture, the integration delivers faster onboarding, enhanced reliability, and direct support from Accio’s enterprise success team. It addresses longstanding requests from CRAs seeking deeper access to enterprise applicant tracking systems, with ORC consistently cited as a top priority.

“CRAs have been asking for deeper access into the enterprise ATS ecosystem, and ORC has consistently been at the top of that list,” Reeves added. “We’re excited to help our customers compete more effectively and strengthen their relationships with enterprise employers.”

The Oracle Recruiting Cloud integration is now live for all Accio enterprise clients. CRAs interested in enabling the connection can reach out to their Accio account representative for more information.
