HR Path Selects GTT to Power Global Network Infrastructure for Digital Transformation

Share

GTT Communications has been chosen by HR Path, a global HR consulting and HRIS solutions provider. They will support HR Path’s digital transformation strategy with high-performance network connectivity. This partnership seeks to provide reliable and scalable cloud-based HR services as HR Path grows globally.

GTT will provide strong global connectivity, including Dedicated Internet Access, to over 40 HR Path locations across four continents. Key sites include major markets like Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Spain, the U.K., and the U.S. This connectivity backs HR Path’s cloud-first approach. It ensures reliable service performance for enterprise clients, no matter where they are.

Central to the deployment is the GTT Envision platform, which will serve as a unified global foundation for HR Path’s network. The platform enables a standardized, scalable architecture that will later support the rollout of SD-WAN and advanced security capabilities. To further streamline operations, GTT will deploy EnvisionEDGE devices that integrate networking and security functions, reducing site complexity and enabling faster implementation. These devices are SD-WAN and managed firewall ready, allowing HR Path to activate additional features as its needs evolve.

Managed and Professional Services are also included in the agreement, providing end-to-end project management and ongoing operational support to ensure a smooth transition for HR Path’s globally distributed teams. Given HR Path’s business model—spanning HR consulting, payroll outsourcing, and HRIS delivery—a resilient and high-performing network is critical to maintaining service quality at scale.

“In a rapidly evolving global market, our clients rely on us for streamlined HR processes, improved compliance and an enhanced employee experience, all of which critically depends on our network performance,” said Olivier Dudon, CIO at HR Path. “By choosing GTT, we are securing a high-quality underlay network that is essential for the success of the future deployment of our comprehensive SD-WAN and security strategy. GTT’s proven expertise in managing multisite and global projects makes it the ideal partner for HR Path.”

The collaboration aligns with HR Path’s broader growth plans, backed by €500 million in capital investment to expand across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. For GTT, the engagement reinforces its role in supporting complex, cloud-driven transformations for multinational enterprises. As Tom Homer, President, Europe Division at GTT, noted, “Through our managed networking services, we provide HR Path with the secure, reliable and high-performance foundation needed to drive global digital business transformation.”
