The Health Benefit Alliance (HBA) offers tailored solutions to meet health benefit needs. They have teamed up with Healthee, which is an AI-driven platform that offers benefits and healthcare guidance to employees. This partnership focuses on helping workers gain clarity and optimal utilization from their health benefits. This should optimize benefit navigation and present a personalized experience to all involved.
The objectives of this partnership include the integration of Healthee’s digital platform and AI-powered assistant, Zoe, with those of HBA’s benefits. This will apply to self-insured plans, level-funded plans, as well as traditional plans. With this partnership, employees will benefit through a single access point that will enable them to access their information on coverage, compare plans, locate in-network providers, determine healthcare costs, as well as access telehealth and mental health resources.
“HBA’s mission is to make meaningful, cost-effective health benefits simpler and more accessible for employers and their employees,” said Matt Esposito, President of HBA. “By partnering with Healthee, we’re introducing smarter, more intuitive navigation tools that bring clarity, convenience, and confidence to every member experience.”

What it is going to mean for many organizations is that the capabilities offered by Healthee’s use of artificial intelligence will work well alongside the existing Care Navigation model of HBA.
Healthee’s leadership emphasized the shared vision behind the partnership. “Our goal at Healthee is to remove confusion around benefits and help employees take charge of their healthcare decisions,” said Guy Benjamin, CEO and Co-Founder of Healthee. “Through our partnership with HBA, we’re giving organizations and their employees the tools they need to make smarter choices.”
By combining HBA’s flexible benefit designs with Healthee’s engagement and navigation technology, the two organizations aim to raise the standard for accessibility, transparency, and member empowerment in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.
