The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) has unveiled its 2026–2028 strategic priorities, outlining an ambitious plan to become the world’s most recognized authority on RPO foresight and innovation. The vision responds to growing hiring complexity as organizations increasingly rely on external recruiting partners to address persistent skills shortages across technology, healthcare, engineering, and AI. “The RPO industry needs a credible, neutral voice that brings clarity to an increasingly complex hiring landscape,” said Kim Davis, RPOA Advisory Board Member. Anchored around its role as both Trusted Convener and Leading Authority, the association aims to move the industry beyond hype through shared standards, rigorous insights, and ecosystem-wide collaboration.
