Hexagon Names Renée Rädler as Chief People Officer

Hexagon AB has appointed Renée Rädler as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), a newly established role aimed at strengthening the company’s global HR strategy and governance. Rädler will assume the position on April 1, 2026, joining Hexagon’s Executive Management Team and reporting directly to President and CEO Anders Svensson.

The creation of the CPO role reflects Hexagon’s focus on reinforcing its operating model as the company advances into its next phase of profitable growth. As CPO, Rädler will oversee people strategy across the organization, with an emphasis on enhancing HR governance, increasing transparency, and fostering a culture centered on accountability and performance.

Rädler brings nearly a decade of experience within Hexagon, having joined the company’s Manufacturing Intelligence division in 2017. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President, Global HR, where she led initiatives to align HR strategy with business growth objectives. During her tenure, she strengthened succession planning frameworks, enhanced leadership development programs, improved employer branding efforts to attract top talent, and implemented robust HR processes and governance structures.

Before joining Hexagon, Rädler held senior HR leadership roles at dorma+kaba and SwissBenelux, gaining experience across diverse organizational environments. A Swiss national, she will be based in Switzerland in her new role.
