WorkWhile Introduces AI Talent Agent “Coach” to Unlock Worker Potential

Share

WorkWhile has introduced WorkWhile Coach, an AI talent agent for hourly workers. Coach helps them find hidden skills and connect with more job opportunities on its multi-employer platform. Unlike traditional tools that focus on one job, Coach talks to workers to discover their complete skill set. This approach leads to better long-term career matches instead of just temporary placements. “Many hiring tools are designed primarily to filter applicants,” said Simon Khalaf, CEO of WorkWhile. “Coach isn’t looking for reasons to reject workers; it is designed to uncover what they can do and connect them to roles where those skills are valued. We see AI as a way to expand access to opportunity, not limit it.”

The first deployment will support the WorkWhile Certified Professional Program for hospitality workers, using interactive assessments instead of resumes alone. “Resumes — and even interviews — often capture only a fraction of what someone can do,” added Alex Long, Head of Product for the WorkWhile Marketplace. The launch follows 110% revenue growth over nine months, reflecting rising demand for AI-enabled workforce solutions.
