Deputy has launched U.S. Payroll enabled by Paycor, unifying time tracking, compliance workflows, and payroll into a single system for shift-based businesses. The integration eliminates manual data transfers by allowing approved timesheets, pay rates, and leave accruals to flow directly into Paycor’s payroll platform, cutting processing time by up to 50% and reducing administrative errors. Beyond product functionality, the partnership significantly broadens Deputy’s distribution through Paycor’s nationwide network of small and mid-sized employers, accelerating market reach among multi-location operators.

Pilot customers across retail, healthcare, and food service reported measurable efficiency gains. “The reduction in extra steps to get approved timesheets into payroll is the biggest benefit,” said Marianne Lipari, Finance Manager at Exit 11 Coffee. Deputy CEO Silvija Martincevic added, “By unifying workforce management and payroll in a single workflow, we’re reducing friction and improving accuracy.” Employees can also access Paycor-generated pay stubs within the Deputy mobile app, reinforcing the platform’s position as a central operational and financial hub for frontline and hourly workforces.
