Allvia Acquires HR Pals to Strengthen Integrated Workforce Services Platform

Allvia has announced the acquisition of HR Pals as part of its strategy to build a scaled, national workforce services platform offering comprehensive HR and benefits solutions. With Trinity Hunt Partners on board, Allvia is expanding its offerings after its founding partnership with Melita Group, and this includes HR Pals, which will further enhance its expertise in HR administration outsourcing and employee support. HR Pals, established in 2014, is a provider of fully managed HR solutions, including HR compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and strategic advice, serving organizations across the nation.
