Decisiv Appoints Priyanka Chandel as Chief Human Resources Officer

Based in Reston, Virginia, the company is expanding its data-driven initiatives and operational capabilities, making leadership in people and culture increasingly critical.

Chandel brings over a decade of experience across technology and logistics sectors, positioning her to guide Decisiv’s workforce strategy during a period of continued expansion. In her new role, she will oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, and culture development. Her mandate includes building high-performing teams that align with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Prior to joining Decisiv, Chandel served as Human Resources Director at Epicor Software, where she led global HR initiatives, including employee experience, leadership development, and succession planning. Her appointment signals Decisiv’s continued investment in building a resilient, performance-driven workforce to support its evolving ecosystem.
