Chandel brings over a decade of experience across technology and logistics sectors, positioning her to guide Decisiv’s workforce strategy during a period of continued expansion. In her new role, she will oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, and culture development. Her mandate includes building high-performing teams that align with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Prior to joining Decisiv, Chandel served as Human Resources Director at Epicor Software, where she led global HR initiatives, including employee experience, leadership development, and succession planning.
