Netrio, a global managed service provider focused on helping mid-market enterprises modernize and secure their IT environments, has appointed Erin Holt as Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Holt will oversee Netrio’s HR function, focusing on enhancing employee experience, improving organizational effectiveness, and aligning talent initiatives with long-term business goals. Her appointment comes at a time when the company is scaling operations and investing in workforce development to support sustained growth.
Holt brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across high-growth, service-driven organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Health Plans, Inc. (HPI), where she played a key role in expanding HR capabilities, leading talent acquisition and development, and supporting executive teams through periods of change. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at Renaissance Alliance Insurance Services, guiding the organization through mergers, ownership changes, and strategic transformation initiatives.
