LumApps has agreed to acquire Comeen, a platform that enhances workplace experiences. Comeen concentrates on space management, digital signage, and visitor services. This deal is quite important for LumApps because of its contribution to building an employee hub with AI technology. The mission is to combine communication, collaboration, workflows, and physical services in one place. This will address fragmentation issues that can hurt employee engagement and efficiency. By adding Comeen’s features, LumApps will provide smart desk and meeting room management, AI workplace help, space analytics, and integrated building services. These will be part of daily workflows. This acquisition strengthens our partnership.

It aligns with LumApps’ goal to link digital and physical spaces. It aims to boost adoption and produce clear results. Almost 70% of leaders are focused on employee engagement. The new platform will improve experiences with AI-driven automation and insights. “Work doesn’t happen in one place or one system it happens across tools, teams, and environments,” said Sébastien Ricard, CEO of LumApps. “With Comeen, we’re extending our AI Agent Hub into the physical workplace, bringing everything employees need into one platform where work truly comes together across digital and physical environments. With enterprise digital signage, we can now extend that experience even further, reaching employees wherever they work.”
