Voya Financial Expands Employee Assistance Program Through TELUS Health Collaboration

Voya Financial has teamed up with TELUS Health to improve its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. This integration brings together EAP support and Group Annual Term Life Insurance. The goal is to support employees’ mental and emotional well-being. We will use digital tools and personal services for this. The enhanced EAP offers personalized care, support for work-life and family, financial advice, help with identity theft, and well-being coaching. It features a strong online platform for quick and flexible assistance. Additional services, like Total Mental Health programs and critical incident support, are included.
