Available to all Reliance Matrix EAP customers, the AllOne Health App provides employees and their families with on-demand, secure access to mental health and well-being resources anytime and anywhere.
The app combines many support options into one easy-to-use platform. Users can schedule virtual counseling sessions directly, avoiding phone calls and long waits. The experience improves with “Izzy,” an AI mental health guide. Izzy gives real-time advice and personalized tips for the next steps. The app also has a wide library of self-help resources. This includes guided therapy programs, educational content, assessments, and practical tools. For those who want human support, live help is available 24/7.
